Appointment & cancellation policy

How appointments at Eglinton Foot Clinic work, so there are no surprises.

Length and cost

All appointments — initial consultation, follow up treatment and podiatry advice — are 30 minutes and cost £40.

A routine foot care appointment usually takes 20–30 minutes. On average an appointment every 10–12 weeks is enough to keep your feet in good order.

Booking

You can book online at any time, or call Kerry on 078 4681 6825. If this is your first visit to the clinic, please book an Initial Consultation.

Changing or cancelling

If you need to change or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can — it lets someone else use the slot.

We ask for at least [TO CONFIRM: cancellation notice period, e.g. 24 or 48 hours] notice.

Missed appointments

Nail surgery for an ingrown toenail

Nail surgery cannot be booked as a first appointment. Legally, you must have an initial assessment first, and the surgery is carried out at least 24 hours afterwards.

Please book an Initial Consultation and Kerry will arrange the surgery with you at that appointment.

Before you come

Kerry will ask about your general health, including any tablets or medication you have been prescribed — it helps to have a list to hand.

Please tell us when you book if you have diabetes, if you are taking anticoagulants, or if the appointment is for a child.

Running late

Appointments are 30 minutes and run back to back. If you arrive late we will do as much as we safely can in the time left, rather than delay the person after you.
